Our rates include VAT (they don’t include tourist tax*), a vehicle, water, gas and electricity**, for 2 to 4 pers. according the king of rental (check extra people price).

Arrival & Stay :
The balance of the stay and 2 deposits (200 € + 50 € for the household) by rent are due at the arrival.
The rental must be returned in the state where it was found, cleaning to do (cleaning deposit 50 €)
From 30/06 to 01/09, rentals are for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are from 15h to 20h and departures from 8:30 to 10h.
In other periods, rentals can be for a minimum of 3 nights. Arrivals and departures can take place any day of the week, however respecting the arrival and departure times above.
Booking conditions :
From 07/07 to 25/08 :
First deposit : 25% of total amount at the booking + 12 € (booking fees)
Second deposit : 25% of total amount before the 01/06
From 14/04 to 07/07 and from 25/08 to 17/09 :
Package 100 € + 12 € (booking fees)
Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance
3% of the amount of the stay
Les Terrasses Du Périgord offer you Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental agreement. Our partner Gritchen Affinity agrees to refund all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers. In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the claim is provided in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
